The Bill (Reg. No.1368) specifies the regulations of the Land Code of Ukraine regarding acquisition of right of land plot lease by auction.
The amendments aim at coordination of several regulations of the Land Code of Ukraine with the Law "On Land Lease" in the part of acquisition of right of land plot lease by auction. The Bill also defines the cases when legal entities and individuals can acquire land plot lease without an auction.
Adoption of the Bill will contribute to prevention of negative economic consequences caused by imperfection of legislation in the process of acquiring the right of land plot lease by auction.
